Good for you! I am working on a novella instead of starting something new, but I'm going to try and get that project completed this month in lieu of the NaNo work.
I'm afraid I would find not writing easy. I'm glad to have you cheering me on. I'm not at all sure I can do it this year but even if I fail I'll have written more than I would have otherwise.
Haven't written for two days, due to an intestinal bug. Spent the evening reading over the ballot propositions and deciding which to vote for. Will get busy in a day or so--I'll have more time when the Silver Tigress goes a-wandering, because I won't spend so much time on IM with her.
I have a story I'm sort of working on, so I've decided to do 15 min/500 words a day, writing a scene a day, for the month of November or when I run out of scenes. I only have 7 more in my outline BUT things are starting to happen so I think it'll go on for a while but we'll see.

Thanks! I decided not to do it this year but I had a story in mind to write and I found myself doing it.

I think you can write a book by accident. Sometimes the best ideas come out of nowhere.
