It would be funnier if it weren't so close to the truth. All it takes is one influential nutcase, and we have McCarthyism, Naziism, and Bushism all rolled into one big movement. And half the people in this country will support it, if it is for the "Greater Good".

Oh God. If it can be classed as "anti-terrorism" the governments can get away with anything. It's quite frightening.
That's true. And it's not just the government that's the problem, but the press. They work way too closely together over here.
