I haven't been using OneTwoFiver recently and when I popped back yesterday I found it had grown. You can edit your work and share it with other people. There was a recent competition, which I missed, but when the number of members goes up to 500 there will be another one. I don't intend to miss that one.
What sent me back there was looking through my short stories and ideas folder. The two largest sources of inspiration turned out to be Evil Editor and OneTwoFiver. Which is impressive as I only found it in January.

I hadn't been there since February, when the site was changed to have a login. I signed up, but now realize I forgot my login, so I had to sign up all over again.
Maybe this is what I need to get me going again. It's how Apprentice originated.
Looks like a cool site, but I don't dare join as I might stay there and read, read, read and never write.
I remember that site got me out of a writing hole earlier in the year and yet I haven't been back. I must revisit. It might be the help I need to keep a certain marsupial off my back.
Bevie - it worked for me and if it got Apprentices on the road then it really might be worth going back to it.
Writtenwyrdd - oddly enough, I don't find that a temptation. I had a little read but not enough to slow me up. I waste far more time playing online games.
Jane - anything that gets the fearsome beastie off your back has to be good.
I've just realised my current system is based on OneTwoFiver (I have a list of scenes that I'm not happy with and spend five minutes on each one). Also, my bluebell scene came from there. I have a login but I've not been using it. I have added it to my top level bookmarks so that I remember its there!
Sylvia - it is a good site, isn't it?
Looks like inspiring place.
i have writer's block frequently, but that's just because of the distraction of the internet.
i find that if i think hard enough, i'd spout nonsense, which looks like a real essay/letter/composition/whatever. which is close enough to inspiration for me.
Ana - it is!
platypuspower - hi! Just spouting anything sounds like a good place to start.
