I hope you're all coping with the run-up to Christmas! I'm behind with my present-buying and card-writing and work is slightly insane at the moment; that's what you get when everyone is stressed out and the children are over-excited.
But other than that, everything's fine! What about you?

Just about done mine. However, I'm not enjoying my early Chrimbo pressie. A sore throat.
Behind and behind some more. Not writing and baking instead. I've got bread in the oven as I type, the banana and pumpkin kinds. Glad to hear you're still alive across the pond. :)
Debbie, I'm sorry to hear about the sore throat. It's that time of year and just what you don't need in the run-up to Christmas! I hope it clears up soon.
Landra, the baking sounds like fun. I've never had pumpkin bread but if it's as nice as banana bread then it must be lovely.
Sounds very familiar! Remember to have fun along the way if you can...
Lovely fairyhedgehog!! I've not had any x-mas decors up yet (cos the Gumster will take all down! Oh yes!!). And hardly any cards sent.. but work ends next Friday so that gives me lots of time to get ready! I hope!! Take care

Simon, you too!
Kitty, a lot of people don't seem to be sending cards this year because of the postage costs! Hope you have a happy time.
I'm recovering from major surgery so I have no other demands on my time except card writing. Our tree goes up on the 21st as usual but instead of struggling with it this year, I shall be the one supervising. My stress levels are the lowest they have ever been this time of year!
Merry Christmas!!

DJK, I've never heard of major surgery as a stress reliever before!
Scarlet, thank you and a Merry Christmas to you too!
