On the first day of Nano
I've written 2000 words.
It always surprises me how tired I feel afterwards! I need to write 1786 words a day if I want to get to 50k by the end of November, allowing for two days off. Because I do have a life, and I've got a brilliant day of skating and Christmas treats planned thanks to where my Beloved works.
The first day or so is usually the easiest as I use up all the story I've already worked out. I wonder how long it will be till I run out.

Well done! I'm skipping NaNo this year for reasons I explained a couple of days ago in my Jobbing Writer blog. I shall be writing, I just won't be working to the 1786rule
I saw your blog post and I did suggest Nano rebelling, but I know it isn't for everyone. If you write anyway it's probably less of a draw; for me it's almost my only writing all year!
Awesome job! I managed 120 words! Yeah, I suck at this.
Donna, at least you started and wrote something! I hope it gets easier tomorrow.
Go you! I've managed 50 words on a lunch break so far. Ha! I've got more writing time planned for my evening hours.
Landra, I'm on half term holiday so it's my best chance to get ahead! Good luck with getting more words down this evening.
I think you'll get all the way to 50k before you run out of story. Two days in and I'm at 4100 words... hoping to keep the pace, but who knows. There's always that fast start and then the hurdles start appearing.
Peter, just as you say, it's a fast start but who knows what hurdles will appear?
Love your graph!!! You can do this lovely fairyhedgehog! Yes you can!! Take care

Thanks Kitty! I need the support. Once past the first 10k I always seem to run out of plot and writing starts to feel like wading through treacle.
