Why did they even bother?

Imagine Ireland have compensated us for the appalling state the holiday place was in when we arrived. They sent us a cheque for £30. It won't buy my son and his fiancée a posh meal anywhere but it'll more than cover a McDonalds, so that's all right then.

Oh, and they sent us a £70 voucher for any holiday we might be mad enough to take with them in future. Anyone want a holiday voucher? We won't be needing it.

If I were the hopelessly shoddy holiday outfit in question, I'd be stumping up a sum in triple figures for fear you might call in the SWAT ninja butt kick cops to slap their truncheons about my screaming ineptitude.

Whirl, sadly none of the ninja SWAT troops I know are willing to get involved.

I am wondering how to get them more publicity though.

?!?!?

Unbelievable. £30 and a voucher. Woo-hoo (not)!. I'm so sorry! I'd be writing the consumer help section of the Guardian newspaper - They have a finance/money sector on Saturdays - try something like that? I remember emailing them once and they were very quick to reply.

GOOD LUCK!!
Take care

Good idea, Kitty, thank you! I may yet do that.

Do they advertise? You could always write to the publications they advertise in if they do.

So so sorry. Grrrrr.

Phoenix, I don't know where they advertise but I may try to find out!
