Rabbit Hole Day is Today!

In honour of Lewis Carroll's birthday, a number of us are celebrating Rabbit Hole Day with weird, wild, or out-of-character posts. Visit our blogs (and Richard's forum) and join us down the rabbit hole!

Here are the people taking part with links to their Rabbit Hole Day posts:
If I've missed you out, please comment below and I'll add you to the list.

*Richard explains: I've been openly pagan for the last 30 years or so, so this latest revelation will come as something of a shock to those who know me... Don't navigate away from that thread if you are any kind of prude, the forum is unmoderated and contains 'adult humour' among other things your boss won't like...

Some of us colour-blind peeps see that list as all the same colour...

Sorry about that, Richard. It's now sorted.

Hi again

I just wanted to say I loved Richard's N Jesus conversion post (well it made me laugh so that's good!) but don't know where to say - thanks for making my morning to him?

:-) I think it's a forum?

Cheers - sorry Richard - am a bit techno challenged..!

And to you, Robin!

Kitty, yes, Richard runs those forums. With any luck he'll pop back in here and tell you about them.

Peter Dudley caught my eye this morning with his offering, and I had to join in with some nonsense of my own!

Peter Dudley is an unsung genius, I loved his post. :-)

Kitty, that place I run is pretty much an online pub - spit & sawdust on the floor and occasionally some uncouth behaviour, but it's primarily a place to meet friends and share a joke and a (virtual) drink... many of the regulars can't use a 'normal' pub for various reasons. Some are disabled, some live in the middle of nowhere, some live overseas - we've got members in New Zealand, Australia, South Africa and the USA.
As in any other pub, we'll be silly sometimes, squabble over trivial things, but it's a joy to see how people pull together and support each other when shit happens.

Beware of the 'bad joke thread' in the section called 'phun' - some of the jokes are so bad it hurts... ;-)

You can read as much of the forum as you dare without needing to join, but you would need to join to make posts of your own.

We do have a virus specialist as well as various other proficient geeks, so if your computer is doing strange things, post in PC Help and between us we can usually hold your hand through fixing it.

Thanks for the links. It might take me a bit to get to everyone today.

jinksy, that's a wonderful poem for Rabbit Hole Day and I've linked to it.

Richard, I agree about Peter.

I also agree about your forum and the help on offer there. I had some real nasties on my pc from my son's unwise surfing and I was so glad to get it cleaned up! I could never have done it without help.

Sarah, there are some good ones (and I include your rabbit hole maths here).

Enjoyed this romp down the Rabbit Hole. It was very enlightening!

Ann, I'm glad you joined in!

It's probably late for you now, but I played :) I'll have to come back and read the others later; lunch break's over. Blah.

I talked a hardware-hacking friend of mine into joining in too - in a blog full of hack, there's a post about making marmalade... written in verse!

Will have to catch up to these this weekend. Thanks for posting the links in one place!

J.D Salinger died and they're speculating about his trunk novels. So when we become famous and die, think someone will want to publish those novels we're hiding under a bed (his are in a safe).

maybegenius, I'm glad you played and I've added your link.

Richard, I added dudegalea to the links.

Sarah, have fun investigating those links!

About the trunk novels: I do so hope not! Mine really don't deserve the light of day!
