How to be Happy

It's now official. The Happiness Experiment found that the best way to increase your happiness is to think about something that went well the previous day.

So now you know. Let's all get feeling happy!

I believe that would work - unless you regret not doing/being happy on the day you're remembering...

Hi Robin! I suppose the trick is to focus on the good bits. I try to do that and some days it works.
